6 weeks isn’t a lot, I know. But the last few months I have been struggling.
A constant battle with the scale and I has not been pretty.
Numerous visits with the Dr. Multiple blood draws and in the end everyone still says the same,it’s your age, your genetics keep going and it will just melt off!
So yes like any human I get upset and sabotage myself.
So instead of repeating the same insanity I am asking for your help to keep me accountable and in the end I hope I can do the same for you.

So I have been attempting to vlog!
With the craziness of life I have been finding it easier to vlog lately rather than sit and write out my thoughts.
I do really like both platforms so your going to get a mix from me!!
This week I received my order from my monthly auto shipment. The funny thing is I never remember what I have added into it that month. So that is always exciting!
This month I got my skin mask and face cream.
These have worked wonders for me and my skin. Reducing fine lines, uneven skin, size of my pores and I was even told last week that I didn’t look almost 40!
So here is the vlog;

What a weekend!
I love that since moving down the “southern Ontario” 😜 I have gotten the chance to really get to know my Aunts, Uncles and cousin.
Coming out to the farm and letting my kids run in the yard and just bring kids is always a calming experience. We slow down, we sip tea and cocktails. We chat the day away and of course we eat!
Being Thanksgiving this weekend we did it right! 👍🏻🍗
We always have way too much food and pretty much eat leftovers at every meal. We complain we eat too much, feel kinda sick but every year we do the same thing.
I am always amazed how easy it is the flip back into old habits and take the easy route and over indulge.
Well that is what I did this weekend. I over did it!!!! 😰
So know that we are back home this mommy is back on the wagon.
I will not deprive myself but instead make smarter healthier choice.
Having taken a quick look at the calendar it is 10 weeks until my next birthday.
Starting tomorrow I will be working on consistently making smarter, healthier choices!

So I decided I would vlog the last few days since getting my teeth removed.
So I will try not to repeat myself too much here but I can say that I am enjoying doing a vlog!
It maybe something I will have to really look into, although I do like writing!

And day 5 I went back old school status update as it was a busy day getting Christmas lights up and decorating the house for Halloween. Cleaning up the yard started and I was happy to report that I made it till 4pm before having to take any pain meds👍🏻
Now it is time for tea and snuggles with my littles before bed.

So today after years of dentists asking me if I wanted them out I went and finally did it.
Thankfully it wasn’t as scary and the pain is tolerable.(pain meds work!!)
I am now lying in bed propped up which is also why I can’t sleep! I am not a back sleeper!!!! Eventually I will, it will just take some time.
Anyways, I am home and recuperating.
My mom is being a wonderful nurse making sure I take my meds when needed and helping with the kids. So I am in good hands. 🤗
I can say I am looking forward to brushing my teeth!!!
But with that I will attach the live I did this evening when I came to the realization that I just didn’t need to have jello for supper!
I am to keep all my food cold and clear liquid as possible. Thank goodness I still had my Pure Nourish and power boost in the cupboard.
My next order doesn’t come in till next week.
But after realizing that I knew I could get a serving of protein, 14 essential vitamins, pre and pro biotics just by blending it up.
Yummy in my tummy!

So just over a year ago I started really noticing my skin. Skin tone, size of my pores, bags and dark circles, and of course crows feet!!!
After research on many products I decided to try one a friend had recommended. I saw many before and afters; others personal stories about using the products.
I was sceptical but decided to take a chance. Well, am I ever glad I did! My skin feels sooooo much better. Pore size is much smaller, skin tone is great, bags under my eyes are pretty much gone and the crows feet have diminished by at least 70% so far. I can actual see a difference in pictures and makeup is way easier to blend!!
Therefore this sceptic has been converted!!

Yup! And that is exactly what I did! Along with a few friends we tried Zumba Strong this morning.
All I can say is WOW what a workout. I sat down this afternoon to read and I went to get up a half hour later and there was a groan and it took a few steps to get my entire weight onto my quads!!! 😱
Even with some soreness, it was a great time with great people!
So it got me thinking, I am going to try my best at either blogging or going live on Tuesday’s with something NEW to me. Be it an exercise, food, clothing or makeup.
